We like to keep it simple! 

Our candles are all made with 100% sustainably grown soy wax, blended with fine fragrance oils, essential oils, and natural wooden wicks. The oils we use are paraben free, phthalate free, eco-friendly and clean burning. We NEVER (ever) test on animals.

Balanced candles are designed to complement a space without overwhelming it, making them particularly suitable for individuals with scent sensitivities. For those who desire a more pronounced fragrance, we recommend combining your candle with additional products from our collection, such as Incense or Room & Linen Sprays, to elevate your environment.

Following our Candle Care helps to ensure product quality + longevity. We highly recommend burning your candle with the following steps in mind:

• Trim your candle's wick to 1/4" before each light (with a wick trimmer or by breaking off the burned wooden bits with you fingers tips.)
• Never attempt to trim a burning candle.
• Discard the used portion of the wick; never leave wick trimmings in your candle jar.
• Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunnelling. We call this a FULL MELT POOL, which is reached in 2-4 hours depending on the scent.
• Never leave your candle burning for more than 4 hours.
• Once the candle has been used up, we hope you'll re-use the jar, and help our beautiful babe of a planet stay clean.
• Clean it out (using hot water and soap) or the boiling water method. Once the jar is clean you've got a new planter, pencil holder, makeup brush container – or whatever you want!

SAFETY FIRST - because candles contain a small flame, we always suggest taking precaution.

• Never leave a candle burning unattended, near a draft, near flammable substances or materials, or in reach of children or pets.
• Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning your candle when only 1/4" of wax remains. You’ll typically see the top of the metal wick clip.
• Do not pick up a burning candle or immediately after it's been blown out.
• Protect the surface underneath the candle no matter the material.
